Order Confirmation & Acceptance
Upon placing an order on the Lasoon website, operated under Wool Worth India, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS acknowledging receipt of your order request. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order but serves as an acknowledgment that we have received it. Acceptance of your order is confirmed once the product(s) are dispatched from our warehouse, at which point you will receive a dispatch notification containing relevant shipment details.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For orders placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, an order confirmation email and/or SMS will be sent to you. The order will be processed and confirmed only after successful verification via email, SMS, or telephonic communication. Lasoon reserves the right to cancel COD orders that are not confirmed by the customer or fail verification checks.
Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
All orders are processed within a standard timeframe of 2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. However, dispatch timelines may vary depending on factors such as product availability, order volume, operational constraints, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be informed accordingly. Orders placed during sales, promotional events, or peak seasons may experience slight delays in processing and dispatch.
Packaging & Quality Check
Before dispatch, all products undergo a thorough quality inspection to ensure that they meet our standards. Each product is carefully packed using appropriate packaging materials to prevent any damage during transit. We ensure that your order reaches you in the best possible condition.
Shipping & Delivery Process
Once dispatched, your order will be handed over to our trusted third-party logistics and delivery partners. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value and applicable offers at the time of purchase.
- Orders with a prepaid value equal to or exceeding INR 999 are eligible for free shipping.
- For orders below this threshold, shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Lasoon reserves the right to modify shipping charges or offer free shipping promotions at its discretion.
Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery timelines vary based on your location and courier partner operations. Typically, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. However, delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time through the courier partner’s tracking system.
Delays & Force Majeure
Lasoon shall not be held liable for delays in delivery caused due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, transportation issues, or any events beyond our reasonable control.
Business Rights & Authenticity Disclaimer
Wool Worth India, operating Lasoon, holds the exclusive rights to market, advertise, and sell its authentic branded products across digital and non-digital platforms. All genuine products are sold under the officially registered GST credentials of the company. Customers are advised to purchase only from authorized platforms to ensure product authenticity. Lasoon and Wool Worth India shall not be held responsible for any counterfeit, duplicate, or fraudulent products purchased from unauthorized sellers. No claims, returns, or refunds will be entertained for such products.
